Atlas Mentorship provides a platform connecting debate students with experienced competitive debaters for one-to-one debate mentorship, covering case construction, argumentation, rebuttal, delivery, and tournament preparation. Debate is the only subject Atlas currently offers mentorship in. Atlas does not guarantee any specific outcome from debate mentorship sessions or from participation in the Atlas Arena, including but not limited to any tournament result, ranking, rating, or competitive placement. Individual results will vary based on many factors outside the control of Atlas and its mentors, including but not limited to a student's preparation and practice, the events and formats entered, the opponents faced, and the decisions of judges and tournament officials.

Atlas Mentorship LLC is not a licensed educational consulting service. Our mentors are not certified coaches, licensed counselors, or agents of any school, university, debate league, tournament, or sanctioning body. All guidance provided through the platform reflects the personal experience and opinion of individual mentors and should not be treated as professional coaching, educational, or competitive advice. We strongly encourage all users to also consult with their school debate coaches, teachers, school counselors, or other qualified professionals when making decisions about their debate participation.

Atlas reviews the competitive debate experience mentors claim through a credential review, in which mentors submit proof of their debate credentials as uploaded files, links, or a written explanation. However, completion of that review does not constitute an endorsement of the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any guidance provided by a mentor. Past competitive results do not predict future outcomes.

Atlas Mentorship LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any school, college, university, or other educational institution, or by any debate club, team, league, circuit, tournament, or sanctioning or governing body. Institution, team, league, tournament, and organization names used on the platform are solely to identify where mentors have competed, coached, or are or were enrolled or otherwise affiliated. Use of these names does not imply any partnership, endorsement, or relationship with those institutions or organizations.

Users are solely responsible for the decisions they make regarding their debate preparation, practice, and competition. Atlas and its mentors are not liable for any actions taken or not taken based on information or guidance provided through the platform. Users should independently verify all information and advice received.

The minimum age to use Atlas is 13, and Atlas is not available to anyone under 13. A user who is at least 13 but under 18 represents that their parent or legal guardian has reviewed the Terms of Service and agrees to be bound by them on the user's behalf, as set out in those Terms. Parents and guardians are encouraged to be actively involved in their child's use of the platform and to review all guidance received through Atlas sessions.

Any statistics, success rates, or outcome data presented on the Atlas platform or in marketing materials are based on internal platform data and self-reported user outcomes. These figures are provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of similar results for any individual user.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas Mentorship LLC, its officers, directors, employees, mentors, and contractors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, reliance on any guidance provided through the platform, or any other matter relating to the platform.
