Terms of Service

Atlas Mentorship LLC · Last updated September 18, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By using Atlas ("Atlas," "we," "us," or "our") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Atlas. These Terms apply to everyone who visits, watches, or takes part.

2. What Atlas Is

Atlas is a place for open live debates. A signed in person states an opinion and goes live as the host. Anyone can watch. Signed in viewers can join a queue and, in turn, join the host on stage for a few minutes at a time. There are no winners, votes, scores, or judges. When a host ends a debate, the recording and transcript are kept as a replay that anyone can watch.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Atlas. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and agrees to them on your behalf. You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and for everything that happens under it. Keep your password private and tell us at support@joinatlas.live if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

5. Going Live and Taking the Stage

When you host a debate or take the stage, your camera, microphone, and name are shown live to everyone watching, and the debate is recorded and transcribed. By going live or joining the queue you agree to that. The host can end a debate at any time. Turns on stage end automatically after a fixed time, and the next person in the queue is brought on.

6. Replays

Every ended debate is kept as a replay with its recording and transcript, and appears on Atlas and on the profiles of the host and everyone who took the stage. If you delete your account, the debates you hosted are removed. Your words in other people's debates stay in their transcripts, without your name.

7. Conduct

You agree not to: • Break the law or encourage others to • Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone • Impersonate any person or claim an affiliation you do not have • Share content that is sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful • Record, copy, or redistribute a debate outside Atlas without permission from everyone in it • Interfere with Atlas or try to get around its limits We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

8. Content and Rights

You own what you say. You give Atlas a licence to host, stream, record, transcribe, and display your debates and replays so that Atlas can work as described here. Atlas's own name, logo, design, and software belong to us.

9. Disclaimers

ATLAS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT ATLAS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT PEOPLE SAY IN A DISCUSSION.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes are first handled by informal negotiation. If that fails within 30 days, they are settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Memphis, Tennessee. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

12. Changes

We may change these Terms. We will tell registered users about material changes by email or with a notice on Atlas. Continuing to use Atlas after a change means you accept it.
